Second opinion · Pitch deck

A second opinion on your pitch deck — before investors see it.

The Audit Room gives founders an independent human second opinion on their pitch deck. You upload the deck under a mutual NDA. An experienced reviewer checks story, numbers, market logic and design, and you receive a written audit of the blind spots investors are likely to find, within 24 to 72 hours.

What gets reviewed

01

Story and sequence

Does the deck build a clear argument from problem to ask, or does it jump between slides that each make sense on their own?

02

Numbers that add up

Revenue, unit economics, runway and the ask are checked against each other. Inconsistencies are where investors stop trusting the rest.

03

Market logic

How the market is sized and why this share is reachable. Top-down numbers without a bottom-up path get flagged.

04

Competition and positioning

Whether «no direct competitor» holds up, and whether the difference to alternatives is visible in one sentence.

05

Team and credibility

Whether the team covers the risks the business actually carries, and where an investor will ask who owns them.

06

Design and readability

Hierarchy, density and clarity. A slide should land in the seconds an investor gives it, also as a PDF without you presenting.

Why not just ask AI?

AI helps you build a deck. It is a poor judge of it.

AI assistants are fast and useful for drafting. Asked for an opinion, they tend to agree with the person asking, and they are especially kind when it is your own deck.

Investors are not. A second opinion from someone with no stake in your deck shows you what they will see first, while you can still change it.

Who this is for
  • Founders preparing a pre-seed or seed round
  • Teams who built their deck with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini
  • Founders before a key investor or accelerator meeting
  • Corporate teams pitching a venture or budget internally
The process

How it works

  1. Step 1

    You submit your work

Upload your project confidentially — from early concepts and pitch decks to websites, campaigns, interfaces or AI-generated creative work.

  2. Step 2

    I provide a second opinion

Every submission is reviewed independently by a person, not by an automated scoring system.

  3. Step 3

    You receive your audit

Concise observations, blind spots and strategic feedback designed to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence and reassurance.

FAQ

Questions about pitch deck reviews

Is my deck kept confidential?

Yes. Every order is covered by a mutual NDA. Your deck is stored encrypted, seen only by the reviewer, deleted automatically after the engagement and never used as a reference or to train AI models.

Which file formats can I upload?

PDF, PowerPoint, Keynote, Word or ZIP up to 50 MB. You can also share a link to Google Slides, Pitch, Figma or DocSend.

Can you also review my financial model?

Yes. Choose the Deep-Dive Audit and upload the deck and model together, for example as a ZIP. The audit checks whether both tell the same story.

Will you rewrite my deck?

No. You receive a written audit with clear observations and priorities. The Audit Room gives an independent opinion; it does not produce the deck for you.

How fast do I get the audit?

Essential within 24 hours, Deep-Dive within 48 hours, Executive within 72 hours, counted on business days.
